Admin Pages

The admin dashboard is the page where you can see each aspect of your centre such as your staff, kit, session templates and bookings. Each of these can be accessed from the sub menu labled below:

Home

Home is where you can quickly access common functions such as making a quick booking for a client, seeing what the weather looks like at your location for the next seven days or seeing your key performance indicators such as revenue

Bookings

The bookings page shows all your bookings layed out in a neat table format. You can create a new booking using the green plus button (see below)

Kit

The Kit page shows your kit inventory across the different locations in which your centre operates. For examaple you might store you dinghy's at your seaside location but your kayaks at your riverside location. Add a new centre location from this page when you expand!

You can Also enable or disable the ability for clients to hire different types of kit from this page too.

What's On Page

The whats on page allows you to get a birds eye view of everything happening at your centre. See bookings made, the clients attending and the instructors teaching.

My Rota

See your rota from this page. This is where your staff will go to see when they will be in and where they will go to book leave.
